3 in 1 High Chair to Booster™ Recall

Fisher-Price United Kingdom in cooperation with the European Regulatory authorities is voluntarily recalling the 3 in 1 High Chair to Booster™. The 3 in 1 High Chair to Booster™ converts from a high chair to a toddler booster seat. It includes a removable tray, height adjustment and folds for storage. The product number is P6028 and can be located on the fabric tag attached to the lower seat pad.

The seat can fall backwards from the high chair if the booster seat release is unlatched while the child is in the product. Also, the seat back can detach if not fully snapped in place, and the child may fall out, if not properly restrained.
