Frequently Asked Questions

The playset may be assembled incorrectly. Please follow these instructions:

  • Carefully pull the circular track from the product.
  • Assure the product is ON.
  • Flip over the circular track and locate the small, white nub (looks similar to the tip of a pen).
  • Looking at the track portion to which the nub meets, find the button the nub depresses. NOTE: This button functions the top portion of product. It is integral that the nub meet this button. Please test by pressing a pen point into the button.
  • Once you have ensured button works properly, reassemble track making certain the section with the nub is the third and final section where you apply pressure and hear it snap into place.
