To change your password please log into the Video Journal® software and follow these directions;

1. In the password dialogue box select “create new”.
2. Type Admin in the new user name field.
3. Type 1234 in the password field.
4. Select the user name that needs a new password.
5. Create new password.
6. Your password is now changed.
