If you have a basic account and you forgot your username, you will need to re-register. If you have a Barbie Girl™ device and you forgot your username, call the number located on the back of the instructions that came with your Barbie Girl™. If your parent has set up a Parents’ Place account, you can also check out your account details or change your password with their help.
