Typically the model number for your DVD player is on the back panel of your DVD player. It may also be shown on the front side of your DVD player or on your DVD player's remote control.

You may need to clean your InteracTV DVD. Please remove the DVD from your player and clean it using a soft cloth. Always make sure you wipe the DVD from the inside towards the outside in a straight line to avoid scratching the DVD. Please note that InteracTV was designed to play on many DVD player types. Some DVD players may not be compatible with the InteracTV DVD. If your DVD player is having trouble playing the InteracTV DVD, please call the Fisher-Price consumer relations department at 1-888-892-6123.
