The IM-Me Unit may not connect to the internet for several reasons.

• There is a Firewall blocking the internet connection.
• Your router’s security is set to block other parties from accessing your internet connection.

In both of these cases, you will need to contact your security or internet provider for further assistance. When the IM-Me is connected the flower in the task bar will be green.
