If you want to race other HWRC members, you can join a public race hosted by a member or host your own race and set the race to PUBLIC.  To host a private race that only your HWRC buddies can join set the race to PRIVATE.

You can also issue Beat That Challenges to HWRC memebers or accept a challenge issued to you.
