Rockers, Swings, and Bouncers should not be used for sleep. In 2022 the ASTM safety warnings for these products were revised to state:
“Stay near and watch baby during use. This product is not safe for sleep or unsupervised use. If baby falls asleep, remove baby as soon as possible and place baby on a firm, flat surface, such as a crib or bassinet.”
The new Baby's Bouncer in the Fun Park fashion for Target is a great value bouncer with toys, a fun fashion and calming vibrations. It features very soft fabric with a seat that positions baby with just the right amount of support, plus a toybar with fun bat & spin play for baby. 2 colorful monkeys sway & spin round under colorful tents, and the star of the show is an elephant balancing on a ball - with a mouse friend sitting on his back! A pull under the elephant makes for great bat-and-grab play, all on a toybar that easily removes to get baby in and out. The pad is machine washable, include a 3-pt. restraint and there are non-skid feet to keep it in one place. Plus it's lightweight and easy to move around the house.
