If Bigfoot keeps falling over, make sure he is on solid ground (medium pile carpet or hard flooring). Not recommended for outdoor use.
Bigfoot has a Position Switch that can detect if he is not in the correct position (falls over) and will automatically reposition himself by standing. If the issue persists contact us for further assistance.

Fisher-Price began working with the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) last December to help them spread fire safety messages to children around NYC. We produced a special FDNY Billy Blazes Firefighter figure with a portion of the proceeds going to the FDNY. However, following the tragic events of September 11, we decided, along with TRU, that ALL proceeds from the sale of this special Rescue Hero Figure will go to the FDNY. We estimate that by donating all proceeds, more than $500,000.00 will be given directly to the FDNY by Fisher-Price.

If Bigfoot stops working, check the following
- Motor Stall – Was there any audible beeps from Bigfoot before he shut down: If audible beeps came from Bigfoot, a motor has stalled.
- 1-Beep = arm motors stall
- 2-Beeps = leg motor stall
- 3-Beeps = head motor stall
To Fix the Motor stall:
- Remove any obstruction from Bigfoot’s path.
- Turn the product off and then back on to restart the product.
- If this stall condition continues to happen when no obstruction is present, there is a malfunction with Bigfoot. Please contact Consumer Relations.
- Low Battery - Did Bigfoot say ‘Low battery’ before he stopped.
- If the battery is low, Bigfoot will say ‘low battery’, and the battery pack needs to be charged.

We'd like to let you know that there have been some design changes made to the Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ Batcave. The gray door located on the front upper portion of the Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ Batcave and telescope base was removed from the product and a rounded end has been added to the telescope. The rounded end will fit into one of the two hex fittings that have been added to the purple platform.
In order to lower the telescope in the elevator, you will need to put the ball on the bottom of the telescope into the raised hexagon opening and have the telescope facing forward. Tip it back and the elevator will now lower.

Bigfoot needs to finish a sequence before starting a new sequence. If a sequence is interrupted, Bigfoot will say ‘hey’ or ‘huh’. Wait until the sequence is complete and then try hitting a command again.

|
The part may be found under the main deck or orange base of the product. Please look carefully in both places.
