Yes! In order to protect your purchased files, it is highly recommended that you backup My Library. To backup the audio files in My Library to a CD or DVD (if your PC has a CD or DVD burner

1. Open your CD/DVD Creation Application (such as Easy CD Creator, Nero, or Windows CD burning utility)
2. When you are asked by your CD/DVD Creation Application to select what you would like to burn to CD/DVD, browse  to My Documents\My Music\Fisher-Price and choose the "Kid-Tough FP3 Player" folder.
3. Once you have completed burning these files to CD/DVD, place the CD/DVD in a safe place.

You may need to clean your InteracTV DVD. Please remove the DVD from your player and clean it using a soft cloth. Always make sure you wipe the DVD from the inside towards the outside in a straight line to avoid scratching the DVD. Please note that InteracTV was designed to play on many DVD player types. Some DVD players may not be compatible with the InteracTV DVD. If your DVD player is having trouble playing the InteracTV DVD, please call the Fisher-Price consumer relations department at 1-888-892-6123.

Fisher-Price began working with the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) last December to help them spread fire safety messages to children around NYC. We produced a special FDNY Billy Blazes Firefighter figure with a portion of the proceeds going to the FDNY. However, following the tragic events of September 11, we decided, along with TRU, that ALL proceeds from the sale of this special Rescue Hero Figure will go to the FDNY. We estimate that by donating all proceeds, more than $500,000.00 will be given directly to the FDNY by Fisher-Price.

The grey FILE DOWNLOAD window will appear.

• Click SAVE.
• Now the gray SAVE AS window appears.
• Make sure the SAVE IN box says DESKTOP.
• Click SAVE.

Another gray box will appear to confirm that your file has downloaded.

• Click CLOSE.
• Repeat these steps for each file needed.
• Now go to your desktop and click MY COMPUTER.
• Click on the C: drive icon.
• Click DATA
• Click MY MUSIC
• Click FISHER-PRICE
• Click FP3 PLAYER
• Drag and drop the file(s) from your DESKTOP to the FP3 PLAYER folder.
• Open the FP3® Player software using the Icon on your desktop.
• The files will appear in your library.

Please look for an alternate spelling of your child's name. For example the name Carrie can be spelled, Keri, Kerri, Kerry, Kari. If you are still unable to locate your child's name, you may be able to download and add it as user 1-4 from the following link.

Please note this product needs two sets of batteries as there are two separate battery boxes. One battery box operates the swing feature and needs 4 – C batteries.  The other battery box operates the vibration feature and requires 1 – D battery.

If you feel your swing is too fast, please try the following trouble-shooting techniques:

• Try a lower speed setting
• If the low setting provides too much swinging motion for the child, try placing one end of a blanket underneath the child and let the other end of the blanket drape down while swinging.
• If all of these techniques prove unsuccessful, please contact one of our Fisher-Price® Baby Gear representatives by clicking here.

Remember, the lighter the child is in the swing, the higher the swing can swing and the faster it will seem.

Please restart the Smart Remote programming process, and retest the controller.  If this method is unsuccessful, please check the latest DVD code list to find the proper code for your DVD player. The latest code listing can be found at www.service.fisher-price.com.  Also, if you do not have your quick setup sheet, you can download it at www.service.fisher-price.com. Please try setting up your Read With Me™ again using this Smart Remote method and quick setup sheet.

Here are some tips that may help you during the quick setup: Make sure you are using fresh alkaline batteries inside your Read With Me™ controller.

• If you have followed the instructions on the quick setup sheet and your Read With Me ™ controller is still not working with your DVD player, try the setup again from the beginning.
•  It is possible that one of the signals did not register when pressed on your DVD player’s remote.
• When pressing the numbers on your DVD remote be sure to wait for the audio prompt to finish and the LED on the Read With Me™ controller turns on.

No. FP3s® can only be played on the Fisher-Price FP3® Player.

Please adjust the video acceleration to full to correct this issue.
For Windows® XP 32-bit and 2000:

• Right click your desktop
• Select properties.
• In the Display Properties window select the settings tab.
• Click Advanced.
• Click the Troubleshoot tab.
• Use the slider to set hardware acceleration to Full.
• Click ok.
• Attempt to launch or install the software again.

For Windows® Vista™ 32-bit:

• Right click the desktop
• Select personalization.
• Click the link for Display settings.
• Click on Advanced Settings

A registration card was enclosed with your Car Seat.  Please be sure to fill out the registration card with your name and address, the car seat's model number and manufacturing date (located on the back of the seat back) to: Fisher-Price, Inc. 636 Girard Avenue, East Aurora, New York 14052.

You can also call us at 1-800-432-KIDS to register your car seat. If you are registered, Fisher-Price will notify you in the event of a recall.

The file size of the updated software can be as large as 90MB.  It may take more then 30 minutes using a high speed (cable or DSL) internet connection, or several hours for a dial-up internet connection.

In order to protect the copyrights of the content sold on the store, your computer needs to be authorized before using the Store tab in the Kid-Tough FP3® Player software. The authorization is completed by sending the serial number of your software to Fisher-Price. Only your serial number is sent; No other personal information is collected.

To reset your Computer Cool School™ password:

• Click the Start Menu
• Select Programs
• Select Fisher-Price
• Click Computer Cool School
• Choose Utilities
• Select Password Reset. If you do not know your original password you can overwrite the password that is in the 2 boxes.
