If your music does not appear on the iXL™ handheld device, check the following:

• You may have run out of storage space.  Delete some content on the handheld device (using iXL™ Computer Software) or install an SD card (sold separately) to increase the storage space.
• You may not have transferred songs properly. Please be sure you use only iXL™ Computer Software to transfer content to the handheld device.  Also, handheld device power must be ON and the handheld device must be open during the transfer process.
• The music file format is not correct.  It must be MP3 or WMA format.

Follow the steps below:

 

•  Confirm the Batmobile vehicle’s battery is charged and the power is turned “ON”

•  Confirm the Batmobile RC Controller App is installed, and open the app.

•  Once the app is open, Select “Novice Pilot” and follow the following on screen instructions.

•  Tap the “Default Password” button to copy

•  Tap on “WiFi Settings” to access your mobile device’s Settings Menu

•  Once in your device’s Settings Menu, navigate to “WiFi Settings”

•  Once in “WiFi Settings”, confirm your WiFi is turned “ON”

•   Select the “Batmobile” WiFi network.  It will be labeled with four alphanumeric characters followed by “-Batmobile”.  EX:  “1234-Batmobile” 

•   Paste your default password into the field, and tap “JOIN”

•   Once the Batmobile WiFi network is joined, navigate back to the Batmobile RC Controller application.

•   After a moment, a new, randomized password will be generated for your security.

•   Tap the new password button to copy

•   Tap on “WiFi Settings” to access your mobile device’s Settings Menu

•   Once in your device’s Settings Menu, navigate to “WiFi Settings”

•   You will be automatically disconnected from the Batmobile WiFi.  Select it again to connect.

•   Paste the unique password into the field, and tap “JOIN”

•   Once the Batmobile WiFi network is joined, navigate back to the Batmobile RC Controller application.

•   The Batmobile vehicle controls and video feed will appear, and the WiFi setup process is complete.

Each Superstar has his own signature move, offense/defense ranks, signature Superstar entrance, and digital object to use in-game during power play mode (objects are only available in career mode).

After each match, win or lose, you earn experience points which can be applied to upgrade your Superstar’s offense or defense capabilities.

The Camera/Printer has failed error appears when there is a communication error between the printer and the computer. To correct this issue:

• Close the software
• Unplug and re-plug in the power cord and USB
• Wait for the printer to turn on
• Restart the software

• Connect the handheld device to your computer.
• Open it and turn power on.
• Go to the My Library section of iXL™ Compuer Software.
• Drag and drop the songs into the order you would like them to play.

• Make sure the iXL™ Computer Software is installed on your computer.
• Connect the handheld device to your computer and turn the power on.
• You may need to replace the batteries in your handheld device.
• Unplug the USB cable from the USB port on your computer, and reinsert it into another USB port on your computer.

Connect the controller to a powered USB port with the supplied USB cable. Attach the power cable located inside the controller to Barbie™ Star Light Adventure RC Hoverboard. Set the toy to OFF position and controller in “charging” position (left). Charging light should be in red and turns green when it is fully charged.

If you receive an error message during printing, turn off the Monster Maker using the power switch.  Wait a few seconds and turn it back on.  Restart the app.

You can create up to 5 custom profiles.

• Connect the handheld device to your computer.
• Open it and turn power ON.
• Go to the Customize section of the iXL™ Computer Software.
• Upload a picture and answer questions using the drop-down menus.
• Be sure to include a name in the Name field. Please note: the name can not be more then 9 characters long.
• Click on the Transfer Profile arrow to move the information to the handheld device.

You automatically earn one virtual object with each figure you use.  In power play mode, you can look at the drop down menu where as you win against each opponent, you also earn their object.

 

Put the object down on the “+” icon to unlock it. Once you have unlocked it, you can access it during future Power Play modes.

 

Items in blue are available to use.  Items in grey are objects that you have not earned/unlocked with the specific Apptivity WWE Rumblers figure you are using.  Objects in orange are those that you have selected to use.

• Download the video
• Click Save
• Save File to your Desktop
• When the download completes click Open
• Extract the video to your Desktop
• Locate the file on your Desktop and Double-Click on the video file to watch

• Plug the printer into the power outlet and then the computer
• If your computer doesn't recognize the printer, unplug the USB cable, wait a few seconds and reconnect

1. Click the "Download App" button to download the update to your PC.
2. Click "Save" to save the app.
3. Tech­_Touch_Lightning_McQueen.zip will download to your Downloads folder. Double click this file.
4. Click to “Run” the app if prompted by your Internet browser.
5. A window may open, saying: “Windows protected your PC.” If you see this window, click “More Info”, then "Run Anyway,"
6. The app should open.
7. Make sure Tech Touch Lightening McQueen has batteries installed.
8. Connect Tech Touch Lightning McQueen to PC with included USB cable.
9. Press Tech Touch Lightning McQueen’s button to power him on. A USB symbol should appear.
10. Click the “Update” button in app. Keep Tech Touch Lightning McQueen plugged in.
11. When “Update Completed!” appears, exit the app.
12. Unplug Tech Touch Lightning McQueen. Enjoy three (3) new race tracks from Cars 3 -- Midnight Run, Willy’s Butte, & Victory Lap!

A.    We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.

To control the Batmobile with another device, you will need to perform a factory reset of the Batmobile RC vehicle. **The Batmobile needs to be on all four wheels to do the reset.** The battery compartment is located on the left side of the vehicle. Remove the battery door and locate the small hole on the bottom left hand corner of the battery housing.  While the Batmobile vehicle is turned ON, insert and press down the reset button located in the recessed area for 10 full seconds using a paperclip or similar sized tool.  After holding down for 10 full seconds, release the button, wait 3 seconds and then cycle the Batmobile OFF and then back ON, and follow the "new user" instructions to connect to the Batmobile in the Batmobile RC Controller app.

The Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ RC Transforming Bat Bot’s remote is shipped without batteries, so please be sure to place two AAA batteries into the remote.  Also, there is a clear plastic packaging tab that is attached to the outer leg of the non-battery leg of the robot.  The tab should come out of the leg when removed from the box; however, it’s possible that a piece of the plastic remained in the slot on the leg.  Please check the slot, which is located behind the front wheel.  If you see clear plastic protruding from the slot, carefully remove it with tweezers, and turn the toy off and on again.  This should clear the slot and make the toy function as it normally should.

Within career mode matches, when either your energy or your opponent’s energy level is low, the game will engage “power play” mode. Within that mode, you can use a special digital object that comes with your Superstar. 

This is also where you can use the physical objects that come with the Apptivity WWE Rumblers Starter Set.

If this occurs during the Hello Barbie™ setup process, make sure the doll is properly charged.  Hello Barbie™ should remain in the charging station and connected to power during the setup.

When putting Hello Barbie™ into connection mode, make sure you see white flashing lights (they may also look light blue) If the lights flash (royal) blue, Hello Barbie™ has been reset and will automatically say "My batteries need to recharge.  Please connect me to the charging station."  Connect Hello Barbie™ to the charger and continue putting her into connection mode.

If this occurs during conversations or red lights appear, connect Hello Barbie™ to her charger, make sure that the charging cable is firmly connected to the doll, and that the orange charging indicator is illuminated.

• Win a race without using your weapons and earn the Pacifist Trophy!

Hide and Seek:

• Find the hidden trophy on the racetrack and win the Hide and Seek Trophy!

Beat That! :

• Accept a Beat That Challenge and win the race to unlock the Beat That Trophy!

Beat That II :

• Challenge a friend to a Beat That Challenge and win and you'll unlock the Beat That II Trophy!

Mystery:
