To reset your Computer Cool School™ password:
- Click the Start Menu
- Select Programs
- Select Fisher-Price
- Click Computer Cool School
- Choose Utilities
- Select Password Reset. If you do not know your original password you can overwrite the password that is in the 2 boxes.

From your iPad home screen, go to Settings, General, then Multitasking Gestures. Turn off Multitasking Gestures.
Make sure that you do not press the figure down on the iPad home button, as that will close the game.

You can use a standard size SD/SDHC card up to 16 gigabytes (GB) in size. Please note that if you are using an SD card from another product (like your camera), all existing files on it will be overwritten (erased) after inserting it into the handheld device. We recommend using a new SD card.

There are a series of tests built into the camera. These tests are accessed by pressing all buttons and the power button at the same time when the camera is off. You have two choices:
- Complete the tests.
- Remove the batteries to reset.
To complete the tests:

The camera will power down when the tests are complete.

Check the bottom of the base for debris, and wipe it with a clean, dry cloth.
Wipe your screen with a soft, dry cloth to ensure the best conductivity with the figure.
Make sure you are holding the figure in the right location in order for it to be recognized. Hold it on the sides of the base where the black indented finger grips are. Do not wear gloves or mittens since the base needs to come in contact with your fingertips.
Make sure that you are not placing the figure on the black or white frame around the iPad screen. You must keep the figure only within the screen area.

You can transfer as many games, pictures, and music files as can fit in the storage space on the iXL™ handheld device. You can the check the available space by connecting the handheld device to your computer (using the USB cable) and using the computer software. Simply go to the My Library section. Then look at the right side (My Handheld) of the screen to locate the memory guage.

Once you complete the game for one character, you can access the mini-games within that game again through the main menu.

The joystick directions match the direction that Barbie is facing, rather than the direction that the operator is facing. If Barbie is facing away from you and you move the joystick forward, Barbie will fly away from you. If she is facing towards you and you move the joystick forward, she will move towards you.
