Many issues with the Digital Arts and Crafts Studio can be resolved by changes or updates to the video driver, the DirectX® software or the display settings. The issues that can be resolved by these updates and changes are:
- Installation issues
- Cursor issues
- Crashes and freezing
- Display errors such as the wrong colors, images disappearing, or blank screens

We added this feature after our packaging photography was finalized, which is why it isn’t currently reflected on the package. For best results, make sure doll parts are clean and dry before installing in Monster Maker. If your design did not print completely, erase ink using the provided sponge. Add water and a little dish soap (not included) and rub with the sponge until the ink is removed. Dry the doll part thoroughly before putting it back in the Monster Maker.
