The Safe Embrace® Booster Car Seat is designed for use by children who weigh between 30-0 lbs. (14-36 kg) and whose height is between 37-55 in. (94-137 cm.) Adjustable shoulder belt positioners. Allow you to position the vehicle’s shoulder belts correctly across your child’s shoulder, and not neck or face. They adjust to maintain a safer fit as your child grows. Height guideline indicators. Minimum and maximum shoulder-height guidelines make it easier for you to check that your growing child is the right size for this seat. Lap belt positioner guides your vehicle lap belt across your child’s hips, which can better withstand the force of a crash than his/her abdomen. Head and neck support provides critical support, especially in low, bench-style seats like those found in most mini-vans. High back support with side wings helps keep your child upright so the vehicle belts will remain safely positioned in the event of an accident. Meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 213 for child restraint systems. Not certified for use in aircraft. The safety features of this Fisher-Price® car seat will reduce the risk of injury to your child in a crash; however, no car seat can prevent serious injury or death in all crashes.
