As a member of the police force (in his new uniform and hat), Buster helps keep the streets safe. As part of the Rescue Heroes® team, Buster uses his shooting cuffs to rescue people from earthquakes, accidents, floods and fires. He shoots his tethered cuffs from his backpack launcher and pulls victims and other Rescue Heroes® team members in to safety.
