Outdoor sprinkler that connects to a garden hose and sprays water for play. 2 Modes of play:Mode 1: Snorkel sprays a fine mist of water.Mode 2: Snorkel sprays a fine mist of water and inner tube. Has 2 valves that shoot outstreams of water.(Elmo and Inner tube spin in place.) All of this happens while Elmo is spinning around. Elmo Sprinker is refreshed for Spring 05 with a red white and blue nautical motif.
