At a Matchbox™ research facility, an active volcano is erupting, and kid heroes must navigate the dangerous landscape to save the day! The Matchbox™ Action Drivers™ Volcano Escape playset includes lights and sounds as a volcano erupts with a lava rock "explosion". The car- and kid-activated features enhance the realism and expand the storytelling possibilities. This set connects to other Matchbox™ and Hot Wheels® sets to extend the adventure. The Matchbox™ Action Drivers™ Volcano Escape calls on kid heroes to rescue a team of researchers caught near an active volcano.
A kid-activated elevator carries cars to the top of the volcano where they'll encounter a series of obstacles as they drive to safety. One Matchbox™ vehicle is included. Additional cars sold separately.
Press a lever to activate the lights and sounds of the volcanic eruption that culminates in a lava rock "explosion".
Drive down the volcano to trigger the researcher's zipline escape. ?Dangerous wildlife and rocky terrain create more obstacles blocking the exit route.
