Pull the Launcher strap, push Diego button or Remove Walkie-Talkie to begin play pattern…sounds and rescue mission will be heard. The child can take back pack off and press logo button to transform the backpack into a rescue center. Front panels open and binoculars Pop up. Comes with 4 launchable (Grappling Hook, Signal, Safety Net and Parachute) flares. Binoculars are removable.
