Rockers, Swings, and Bouncers should not be used for sleep. In 2022 the ASTM safety warnings for these products were revised to state:
“Stay near and watch baby during use. This product is not safe for sleep or unsupervised use. If baby falls asleep, remove baby as soon as possible and place baby on a firm, flat surface, such as a crib or bassinet.”
The new Baby's Bouncer in the " I Spy" fashion for Walmart is a great value bouncer with toys, a cute character fashion and calming vibrations. It features soft seat fabric plus a toybar with great bat & spin play for baby. 2 colorful butterflies spin around the toybar and the center bunny holds a sweet yellow bird for fun bat- and-grab play, all on a toybar that easily removes to get baby in and out. The pad is machine washable, include a 3-pt. restraint and there are non-skid feet to keep it in one place. And of course it includes vibrations!
