Frequently Asked Questions

The “Hardware driver Installation has Failed!” error can be caused by one of the following.

  • You are not logged onto the administrative account
  • You do not meet the 512MB minimum RAM requirements
  • Your computer is running a 64 bit System. Please use the FAQ “Does U.B. Funkeys™ work on 64-bit systems?” for a resolution.
