  • If you hear “Error,” ask an adult to unplug Car Maker from the wall, wait ten seconds and then plug it back in to reset. Car Maker may automatically go into the cooling cycle. Do not unplug during this time. If you continue to hear “Error” after multiple resets, this may be an indication of a mechanical problem with the door switch; please contact Consumer Services via service.mattel.com for assistance.
