To assist you in determining if your 73530 Lightning PAC™ Scooter is affected by our recent announcement, please have the vehicle near you before continuing.

Please locate the 6 character alphanumeric code ending in the letters SQ. This code will be located inside the battery compartment on a white label. To access the battery compartment, you will need to remove the battery cover from the vehicle. The white label is located on the back wall of the battery compartment behind the battery.
