Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), announced a voluntary recall of the inclined sleep accessory included with all models of the Fisher-Price® Ultra-Lite Day & Night Play Yard due to safety concerns about inclined sleep products. Infant fatalities have been reported while using other inclined sleep products, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances. There have been no injuries reported with this product.
