We'd like to let you know that there have been some design changes made to the Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ Batcave. The gray door located on the front upper portion of the Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ Batcave and telescope base was removed from the product and a rounded end has been added to the telescope. The rounded end will fit into one of the two hex fittings that have been added to the purple platform.
In order to lower the telescope in the elevator, you will need to put the ball on the bottom of the telescope into the raised hexagon opening and have the telescope facing forward. Tip it back and the elevator will now lower.

The Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ RC Transforming Bat Bot’s remote is shipped without batteries, so please be sure to place two AAA batteries into the remote. Also, there is a clear plastic packaging tab that is attached to the outer leg of the non-battery leg of the robot. The tab should come out of the leg when removed from the box; however, it’s possible that a piece of the plastic remained in the slot on the leg. Please check the slot, which is located behind the front wheel. If you see clear plastic protruding from the slot, carefully remove it with tweezers, and turn the toy off and on again. This should clear the slot and make the toy function as it normally should.

Click on the button that says “get Super B Chat™!” at the bottom of your screen. Then enter your parent’s email address so we can send them a note to see if it’s okay. We’ll let them know how to activate Super B Chat™, and once they do, you can chat with other girls who have access to Super B Chat™, too!

The playset may be assembled incorrectly. Please follow these instructions:
Carefully pull the circular track from the product.
Assure the product is ON.
Flip over the circular track and locate the small, white nub (looks similar to the tip of a pen).
Looking at the track portion to which the nub meets, find the button the nub depresses. NOTE: This button functions the top portion of product. It is integral that the nub meet this button. Please test by pressing a pen point into the button.
Once you have ensured button works properly, reassemble track making certain the section with the nub is the third and final section where you apply pressure and hear it snap into place.

Yes. However, the screenshots in the instructions will look different that what you will see on your computer. You can also drag and drop mp3 and WMA files directly to your device using Windows Explorer.

You may have an older computer that doesn’t support USB 2.0. Barbie Girl™ will still work fine with your computer.

Barbie Girl™ will still work as a digital music player. But if you want to access any of the special items on BarbieGirls.com or become Best Friends with another user, you will need to register your Barbie Girl™ using the Barbie Girl™ software.

Check all the connections to make sure they’re tight. Also make sure the Barbie Girl™ USB connector is popped all the way out of the device. If it is, plug it firmly into the docking station. Then be sure to plug the USB cable firmly into a USB port on your computer.
If the device is still not recognized, plug the docking station into a different USB port. Remember…the Barbie Girl™ device software only works on a PC computer. Your Barbie Girl™ is not Mac compatible. Ask a grownup for help if you need it!

Confirm your login information is correct and try again. If you forgot your password, click “forgot password?” to retrieve it. If you have a basic account and you forgot your username, you will need to re-register. If you have a Barbie Girl™ device and you forgot your username, call the number located on the back of the instructions that came with your Barbie Girl™. If your parent has set up a Parents’ Place account, you can also check out your account details or change your password with their help.

To let us know about someone’s bad behavior, click her character’s baseball card and select “report.” Then, from the drop-down menu, select the reason why you’re reporting her to us. Remember, we take these reports super seriously! Please do not report someone as a joke or to make them feel bad.

In order to have Secret B Chat™ with friends, you must become best friends on BarbieGirls.com. In order to become best friends, you must connect your Barbie Girl™ to each other’s computers and both receive parental approval to use that feature on the site. In the meantime, you can still have a B Chat™!

The battery is low. Plug your Barbie Girl™ into the docking station to recharge it! The LED lights up when your Barbie Girl™ is charging, and turns off when your device is fully charged.

Tips for achieving the best curls are as follows:
1. Use small sections of hair (the width of a girl’s pinky) to get the best results
2. Apply tension as your wrap the curl – the tighter the hair is wrapped, the better the curl
3. Hold for at least 10-15 seconds – the longer you hold, the better the curl

You need your parent’s permission to use Secret B Chat™ and Super B Chat™, but not regular B Chat™. You’ll be asked to enter your parent’s email address so we can send them a note telling them all about Super B Chat™ or Secret B Chat™ and asking if it’s okay. In that email, they’ll get instructions on how to activate whatever chat you requested.

Download and install the Dora Links Software from www.doralinks.com. Once you've created a username and password, use your Explorer Girls code to unlock a game or activity.
