You only need to set up your InteracTV controller one time per DVD player. Your InteracTV controller can be set up to be played with up to three different DVD players. There is a 3-position memory switch on the underside of your InteracTV controller. Each position of the switch can be programmed to a different DVD player. Refer to your InteracTV User's Manual for instructions on how to use the 3-position memory switch.

• Make sure you have set up your InteracTV controller correctly.
• Try moving your InteracTV controller closer to the TV.
• Replace the batteries on your InteracTV controller.
• Make sure your InteracTV controller is pointed directly at your DVD player.
• Always be sure your hand and the activity card are not covering the red window on the front of the InteracTV controller when removing and inserting an activity card.
• Make sure there are no large objects between your InteracTV controller and your DVD player. Large objects can block the signal between your controller and DVD player.
• When changing activity cards, always make sure you remove the activity card from your InteracTV controller slowly, wait a few seconds, and then insert another activity card.
• Double check that the 3-position memory switch on the underside of your InteracTV controller is in the proper position. Refer to your InteracTV User's Manual for instructions on how touse the 3-position memory switch.
