The Klip Klop Stable features a gate on the lower blue ramp, which we included to provide another way for children to interact and engage with the product. We added this feature after our packaging photography was finalized, which is why it isn’t currently reflected on the package. We include product images with the gate on our website and in our product demo video. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

If Bigfoot stops working, check the following
- Motor Stall – Was there any audible beeps from Bigfoot before he shut down: If audible beeps came from Bigfoot, a motor has stalled.
- 1-Beep = arm motors stall
- 2-Beeps = leg motor stall
- 3-Beeps = head motor stall
To Fix the Motor stall:
- Remove any obstruction from Bigfoot’s path.
- Turn the product off and then back on to restart the product.
- If this stall condition continues to happen when no obstruction is present, there is a malfunction with Bigfoot. Please contact Consumer Relations.
- Low Battery - Did Bigfoot say ‘Low battery’ before he stopped.
- If the battery is low, Bigfoot will say ‘low battery’, and the battery pack needs to be charged.

Please restart the Smart Remote programming process, and retest the controller. If this method is unsuccessful, please check the latest DVD code list to find the proper code for your DVD player. The latest code listing can be found at www.service.fisher-price.com. Also, if you do not have your quick setup sheet, you can download it at www.service.fisher-price.com. Please try setting up your Read With Me™ again using this Smart Remote method and quick setup sheet.
Here are some tips that may help you during the quick setup: Make sure you are using fresh alkaline batteries inside your Read With Me™ controller.
-
If you have followed the instructions on the quick setup sheet and your Read With Me ™ controller is still not working with your DVD player, try the setup again from the beginning.
-
It is possible that one of the signals did not register when pressed on your DVD player’s remote.
-
When pressing the numbers on your DVD remote be sure to wait for the audio prompt to finish and the LED on the Read With Me™ controller turns on.
|
Try each of the codes listed under "ALL MODELS" for your DVD player's manufacturer until you find one that can work properly for all shapes on the test screen and both the skip ahead and skip back on the Read With Me™ controller.

We'd like to let you know that there have been some design changes made to the Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ Batcave. The gray door located on the front upper portion of the Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ Batcave and telescope base was removed from the product and a rounded end has been added to the telescope. The rounded end will fit into one of the two hex fittings that have been added to the purple platform.
In order to lower the telescope in the elevator, you will need to put the ball on the bottom of the telescope into the raised hexagon opening and have the telescope facing forward. Tip it back and the elevator will now lower.
