Your friend must be in her room in order for anyone to visit. And she can only have 5 people, plus her, in her room. Here are some reasons why your friend’s room might not be available: your friend is not in her room; her room already has 5 guests, plus her; her room is locked and no one can come in; her room is set to “knock first” and she isn’t letting more people in.
