- If this stall condition continues to happen when no obstruction is present, there is a malfunction with Bigfoot. Please contact Consumer Relations.

No. EZ Play Railway is a more realistic train size and the proportions of Geo Trax do not match it. Also, the new track is more efficient so we can include more track pieces in the package.

You only need to setup your Read With Me™ controller one time per DVD player. Your Read With Me™ controller can setup to be played with up to 3 different DVD players. There is a 3-position memory switch on the underside of your Read With Me™ controller. Each position of the switch can be programmed to a different DVD player. Refer to your Read With Me™ User’s Manual for instructions on how to use the 3-position memory switch.

The Klip Klop Stable features a gate on the lower blue ramp, which we included to provide another way for children to interact and engage with the product. We added this feature after our packaging photography was finalized, which is why it isn’t currently reflected on the package. We include product images with the gate on our website and in our product demo video. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

We'd like to let you know that there have been some design changes made to the Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ Batcave. The gray door located on the front upper portion of the Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ Batcave and telescope base was removed from the product and a rounded end has been added to the telescope. The rounded end will fit into one of the two hex fittings that have been added to the purple platform.
In order to lower the telescope in the elevator, you will need to put the ball on the bottom of the telescope into the raised hexagon opening and have the telescope facing forward. Tip it back and the elevator will now lower.
