For best results, make sure doll parts are clean and dry before installing in Monster Maker. If your design did not print completely, erase ink using the provided sponge. Add water and a little dish soap (not included) and rub with the sponge until the ink is removed. Dry the doll part thoroughly before putting it back in the Monster Maker.

Your photos are saved automatically to the Photo app on your device.

Touch the item you want to swap, then drag your finger left or right to cycle through the options.

Use your Email app to create a message, then browse your Photo app to find the photo and attach it to the email.

Try replacing batteries and make sure there are no cracks in the propellers. If there is a crack in the propeller, do not operate toy. If your cat is still not flying, please contact Mattel Consumer Services.

The battery pack is located on the doll’s back. Remove the skirt and vest, bend the doll’s arms gently if needed. Unscrew the battery cover at the back with a Philips head screwdriver and replace. Be sure to dispose of batteries properly.

Yes, for best results, allow the wax to cool for a few minutes before opening the mold. Twist the mold slightly (as you would an ice cube tray) to break the wax free. You can also run the mold under cold water, which will help speed up the cooling process. If the car body is wet, be sure to dry it completely before applying labels. Remove car body from the mold within 10 minutes. If the body is left in the mold for any longer, the wax may begin to crack.

You can only use 1 base and 3 art per design. Once you have chosen 3 art elements, you have to delete one in order to add another.
