You only need to set up your InteracTV controller one time per DVD player. Your InteracTV controller can be set up to be played with up to three different DVD players. There is a 3-position memory switch on the underside of your InteracTV controller. Each position of the switch can be programmed to a different DVD player. Refer to your InteracTV User's Manual for instructions on how to use the 3-position memory switch.

We know a big concern with parents is the safety of playing with a physical toy on their iPad screen.  Acknowledging this, we have developed Apptivity toys utilizing special screen-safe plastic that when clean and free of foreign debris will not scratch screen surfaces.

The Rainforest™ Melodies & Lights Deluxe Gym™ has three different song modes:   music, nature sounds, and baby-activated “rattle” mode.  In the “rattle” mode, the music plays for approximately 8-10 seconds and stops.  Your baby’s movements will activate the sounds again.  If baby doesn’t seem to move enough yet to activate the music, we’d recommend using one of the other two modes.

·         Check the bottom of the figure for debris, and wipe it with a clean, dry cloth.

·         Wipe your screen with a soft, dry cloth to ensure the best conductivity with the figure.

·         Do not wear gloves or mittens since the figure needs to come in contact with your fingertips.

·         Make sure that you are not placing the figure on the frame around the iPad screen. You must keep the figure only within the active screen area.

·         The figure is only recognized when placed within an open level, so make sure you don’t put it down on a menu page or another non-playable screen.

In career mode or exhibition mode, look for black track-pad with chevron arrows at bottom or side of the screen.  Move your figure back and forth along the track-pad rapidly to grapple, pin, or toss a Superstar out of the ring. 

 

In the specialty matches, move your figure back-and forth along the track-pad rapidly to catch up to the opposing Superstar, or to increase your power against him.

No. The setup of your controller is required only one time for each DVD player with which you are using your InteracTV controller. If you have correctly setup your controller with the software that was included with your InteracTV controller, the controller should work with the separately sold software titles.

The WWE Power Slammers figures are difficult to connect at the arms the first couple of times.  Each time you connect the figures, it will become easier and easier to connect. 

The new figures released in the Fall 2013 will be easier to connect. 

The Monster High® Freaky Fusion™ Recharge Chamber™ was made to only work with the Frankie Stein® doll that came with it.  The other Monster High® dolls’ hair is made differently in order to keep its hairstyle and will not function properly in the Recharge Chamber™.

This feature is not supported by iPad and iPod Touch.

First, ensure that the figure is specifically meant for the Apptivity WWE Rumblers game, and is not a regular Rumblers figure. You will be able to tell whether it is for Apptivity by looking for the base that the figure sits on.  Only the figures with a base will work with the game.

During the setup process your device is connected to your new Hello Barbie™.  If the Hello Barbie™ Companion App is closed while Hello Barbie™ is still connected to your device, the "Connection Error" will appear.  Please take the following steps:

• Close the Companion App
• Go to your device's WiFi settings
• Reconnect to your WiFi network, Re-open the Barbie Companion App

The error should be resolved and you can continue the setup process.  In some cases, you may have to start over.

The talking figure reading platform in the Sofia the First Magical Talking Castle recognizes that Prince James, King Roland, Queen Miranda, or her friends are on the platform, and reacts by Sofia speaking to them or about them in her own voice or with trumpet sounds. Sofia, Clover and Amber are the only characters who prompt their own voices when placed on the talking platform. The castle will only give the correct responses when using a figure that has a colored shape on its base. An incorrect response can also occur if it is being used in a brightly lit room or direct sunlight or the figures are placed on or removed from the special base too quickly. The figures must be placed on the special base for a full second to work properly.
