Some vehicles with tall profiles or special large cargo may not fit under the bridges or through tunnels.  

• If you have inserted different colored wax sticks next to each other, you may get some color blending (in which the wax from the two adjacent sticks mix when creating the car body).

Consult with your Read With Me instruction manual.  You will need to program your Read With Me controller using method 2 - using manufacture codes, or method 3 - manual search.

The playset may be assembled incorrectly. Please follow these instructions:

Carefully pull the circular track from the product.

Assure the product is ON.

Flip over the circular track and locate the small, white nub (looks similar to the tip of a pen).

Looking at the track portion to which the nub meets, find the button the nub depresses. NOTE: This button functions the top portion of product. It is integral that the nub meet this button. Please test by pressing a pen point into the button.

Once you have ensured button works properly, reassemble track making certain the section with the nub is the third and final section where you apply pressure and hear it snap into place.

To activate your Barbie® RC Train and Ride™ Horse, Press and hold the button on its forehead until the horse takes a step. Press the button again to make the horse walk.  If the horse is not played with for a few minutes, it will go into a sleep mode.  Simply press and hold the button on the horse’s forehead until it takes a step to wake it up.

You can only use 1 base and 3 art per design. Once you have chosen 3 art elements, you have to delete one in order to add another.

The Rainforest™ Melodies & Lights Deluxe Gym™ has three different song modes:   music, nature sounds, and baby-activated “rattle” mode.  In the “rattle” mode, the music plays for approximately 8-10 seconds and stops.  Your baby’s movements will activate the sounds again.  If baby doesn’t seem to move enough yet to activate the music, we’d recommend using one of the other two modes.

The following steps will allow you to program your InteracTV controller:

1. Make sure the InteracTV controller has good batteries. Slide the 3 position memory switch, on the back of the controller, to the desired memory position. The controller is capable of being setup for up to 3 different DVD players in 3 different locations.The controller must be setup and tested individually for each of the 3 DVD players, but once that is done the controller will retain the manufacturer's code and does not need to be setup again.If the consumer accidentally enters a new valid 4-digit manufacturer’s code, then they must set it up again for that DVD player.It is a good idea to write the 4-digit manufacturer’s code in the labeling area provided on the back of the controller.
2. Insert the compilation DVD into the DVD player and turn on the DVD player and TV.
3. Insert the programming card into the controller; the green light should blink twice.
4. Locate the manufacturer’s codes in the user’s manual.
5. Enter the first 4 digit code listed under the manufacturer. Use the right arrow button for the number. The light should blink after each button press and blink a long blink after the 4^th digit is entered.
6. Remove the programming card.The light should double blink when the card is removed
7. Insert the test card into the unit;the green light should double blink.
8. The DVD should skip to the test screen, if it does not, repeat from step 3, choosing the next manufacturer’s code on the list. If the test card skips to the footage, which resembles the test card, then proceed with testing the unit.See Testing the unit section of you manual or quick setup instructions.
9. If you have tried all of the manufacturer's codes listed and you cannot locate an acceptable code, see programming the unit using manual search in your user's manual.

Click on the Gear shaped icon (Options) in the top menu bar. Click on the Import button. Select the source location of the file you want to import. Files can only be imported from the My Pictures folder or the Ucreate folder which are both located in the My Documents folder. The specific location is: C: \ Documents and Settings \ My Documents \ My Pictures (or Ucreate)

 

If the update froze or was dropped during download, the file may be corrupt. You will need to delete the download files then start over.

• Open the Install Directory. C:\Program Files\Mattel\DoraLinks\
• Double-click on the DownloadCache folder.
• Delete any .part files.
• Close the folder and restart the software.
• Download all updates.
• Login.

Carefully check the packaging of the playset. This piece is packaged in the same bag along with the top and bottom jaw pieces. It is wrapped in paper and then in bubble wrap. It resembles a white tongue depressor, rolled in bubble wrap.
