The battery pack is located on the doll’s back. Remove the skirt and vest, bend the doll’s arms gently if needed. Unscrew the battery cover at the back with a Philips head screwdriver and replace. Be sure to dispose of batteries properly.

The Barbie™ Star Light Adventure RC Hoverboard will fly about 5 meters or 17 feet from the surface it launches from.

Fold the wings in half. The purple wings with details (with lines) should face the front. (Clicking noise will be heard to indicate that the wings are properly folded).

When placing wings on doll, turn the doll so that the back of the doll is facing you. Snap the bigger clasp with flower pattern on the top while the smaller clasp snaps to the bottom. (Clicking noise will indicate it is snapped on correctly).

If done correctly, the top clasp will be right next to the flower borders (see Back Wings Image).

If wings are snapped on correctly and the wings do not open, then move arms slightly forward (see “Slightly forward Arm” pictures).

Propellers can be re-attached by following the instructions provided in the box. Be sure to match the color of the propellers to the axles and that the silver is on the top. Press the propeller gently into the clips of the axles.

Before playing with the Star Light Adventure Galaxy Barbie® Doll & Flying Cat, be sure to keep hair pulled back and out of your face to avoid it getting caught in propellers.
If you hair gets caught in the propellers, release the button immediately to turn the toy off. Take the propeller off to see if the hair can be slipped off the rotor or unwound more easily.

If Barbie™ Star Light Adventure RC Hoverboard keeps moving after launching, use the Trim buttons, located around the joystick to adjust. Press Trim button in opposite direction where Barbie™ Star Light Adventure RC Hoverboard moves until it remains still in the air. Press once and wait a few seconds until it is stabilized.

The remote should last for hours of play if it is turned off properly after play each time.
