The Camera/Printer busy error appears when there is a communication error between the printer and the computer. To correct this issue:

• Close the software
• Open Control Panel
• Open the Printers & Faxes
• Double-click the Mattel Barbie Doll’D Up Nails Printer
• Delete any nail prints that are in the queue

Check the file type.  Barbie Doll'd Up Nails app does not support TIFF files.

Checking for Updates

• Hello Barbie™ will check for updated when connected to the charging station and plugged in, and also connected to WiFi.
• Please connect Hello Barbie™ and wait a few minutes to make sure any updated are applied.
• You won't need to do anything else nor will you see anything different happen.  When Hello Barbie™ starts talking, any update has been successfully applied.

The new iPad Air and iPad Mini Retina are not compatible with the Barbie Digital Makeover app. 

There is a known issue with iPad Air and iPad Mini Retina devices that is preventing the Barbie Digital Makeover App from functioning properly.  We are aware of this issue and we are doing our best to resolve the situation and we will update the app as soon as a fix is available.  We do not have a timeframe as to when it will be updated.

Hello Barbie™ can store up to three WiFi networks.  To add additional WiFi networks, please follow the steps below:

• Have the Hello Barbie™ Doll and the Companion App near one another
• Open the Hello Barbie™ Companion App on your device
• On the "Manage Hello Barbie™" screen, tap the "Manage WiFi Connection" button
• Follow the in-app steps to add additional WiFi Networks

Fully charged, the Star Light Adventure Galaxy Barbie® Doll & Flying Cat will fly for about 20 minutes.

Turn off both devices and repeat pairing steps. Reference the instruction sheets provided in the package.
