Before placing your smartphone into the viewer, you can use the physical volume buttons on your phone. There is also an option to completely mute the sounds from within the View-Master app.

Before placing your smartphone into the viewer, you can go to your smartphones settings and adjust the brightness. It is recommended to turn AUTO-BRIGHTNESS off to maintain consistency while the smartphone is inside the viewer.

How do I install a previously downloaded app?

Touch the item you want to swap, then drag your finger left or right to cycle through the options.

It is compatible with the newest version of Angry Birds HD Free and Angry Birds HD.

During the setup process your device is connected to your new Hello Barbie™. If the Hello Barbie™ Companion App is closed while Hello Barbie™ is still connected to your device, the "Connection Error" will appear. Please take the following steps:
- Close the Companion App
- Go to your device's WiFi settings
- Reconnect to your WiFi network, Re-open the Barbie Companion App
The error should be resolved and you can continue the setup process. In some cases, you may have to start over.

The app may display this message if the doll part is not installed completely. Make sure that the doll part is installed per the instructions, and that the carriage slide is lined up with the doll part icon.

Place the View-Master® experience pack reel on a flat, well-lit surface and pull the trigger to try again. Move the viewer closer to the reel, less than 10 inches away.

While both allow you to access the same virtual reality content, the physical packs come with unique reels that allow you to view Augmented Reality content.

The apps are designed for your device to go into the viewer in only one orientation. Rotate your device counter-clockwise to be sure that the top of your phone (the part where the earpiece is) is on the left before putting it into the View-Master® viewer.
The app will not function properly if your device has its orientation lock on. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom of your screen and check that this feature is OFF. Settings may vary for different Android Devices. The Orientation settings can usually be found in the Settings under the Display Settings function.

Click the link below and follow these instructions to update your Tech Touch Lightning McQueen.

- Click the "Download App" button to download the update to your PC.
- Click "Save" to save the app.
- Tech_Touch_Lightning_McQueen.zip will download to your Downloads folder. Double click this file.
- Click to “Run” the app if prompted by your Internet browser.
- A window may open, saying: “Windows protected your PC.” If you see this window, click “More Info”, then "Run Anyway,"
- The app should open.
- Make sure Tech Touch Lightening McQueen has batteries installed.
- Connect Tech Touch Lightning McQueen to PC with included USB cable.
- Press Tech Touch Lightning McQueen’s button to power him on. A USB symbol should appear.
- Click the “Update” button in app. Keep Tech Touch Lightning McQueen plugged in.
- When “Update Completed!” appears, exit the app.
- Unplug Tech Touch Lightning McQueen. Enjoy three (3) new race tracks from Cars 3 -- Midnight Run, Willy’s Butte, & Victory Lap!

From your iPad home screen, open the App Store, and download the latest version of Angry Birds HD or Angry Birds HD Free.

A different block comes with each toy, on the bottom is a black and white marker. Open Unlock Rewards within the app, line this marker up and unlock your sounds, story starter and sticker.
