The Camera/Printer busy error appears when there is a communication error between the printer and the computer. To correct this issue:
- Close the software
- Open Control Panel
- Open the Printers & Faxes
- Double-click the Mattel Barbie Doll’D Up Nails Printer
- Delete any nail prints that are in the queue

The battery pack is located on the doll’s back. Remove the skirt and vest, bend the doll’s arms gently if needed. Unscrew the battery cover at the back with a Philips head screwdriver and replace. Be sure to dispose of batteries properly.

Connect the controller to a powered USB port with the supplied USB cable. Attach the power cable located inside the controller to Barbie™ Star Light Adventure RC Hoverboard. To activate your Barbie® RC Train and Ride™ Horse, Press and hold the button on its forehead until the horse takes a step. Press the button again to make the horse walk. If the horse is not played with for a few minutes, it will go into a sleep mode. Simply press and hold the button on the horse’s forehead until it takes a step to wake it up.

If Barbie™ Star Light Adventure RC Hoverboard keeps moving after launching, use the Trim buttons, located around the joystick to adjust. Press Trim button in opposite direction where Barbie™ Star Light Adventure RC Hoverboard moves until it remains still in the air. Press once and wait a few seconds until it is stabilized.
