If this occurs during the Hello Barbie™ setup process, make sure the doll is properly charged. Hello Barbie™ should remain in the charging station and connected to power during the setup.
When putting Hello Barbie™ into connection mode, make sure you see white flashing lights (they may also look light blue) If the lights flash (royal) blue, Hello Barbie™ has been reset and will automatically say "My batteries need to recharge. Please connect me to the charging station." Connect Hello Barbie™ to the charger and continue putting her into connection mode.
If this occurs during conversations or red lights appear, connect Hello Barbie™ to her charger, make sure that the charging cable is firmly connected to the doll, and that the orange charging indicator is illuminated.

Here are some tips that may help you during the quick setup:
- Make sure you are using fresh alkaline batteries inside your InteracTV controller.
- If you have followed the instructions on the quick setup sheet and your InteracTV controller is still not working with your DVD player, try the setup sheet again from the beginning. It is possible that one of the numbers did not register when you entered in your DVD code.
- When pressing the numbers on the programming card, make sure your press each number firmly and slowly. The green light on your controller should blink one time after each number is pressed. When the fourth digit is pressed, make sure the green light on your InteracTV controller blinks one long blink. If you do NOT see this long blink, remove the programming card, re-insert it into the controller and try the same code again.

Augmented Reality is an effect that overlays digital, 3D images on your physical environment. For instance, when looking through your View-Master® VR viewer at an experience reel sitting on your table – depending on the reel – you might see a 3D model of a spaceship or a dinosaur floating above it. As you move around the reel, you will be able to see other sides of the 3D model as if it was actually there.

Accuracy
Click all the targets that appear before time runs out.
Shooting Gallery
Hit the targets as they appear. Try to hit the middle for a bull's eye and extra points!
Cool-down
Each Secret Attack has a cooldown time. The cooldown time is how long you have to wait until you can use the attack again. after you use an attack, you will see the icon change to show the cooldown timer. The Imaginext® DC Super Friends™ RC Transforming Bat Bot’s remote is shipped without batteries, so please be sure to place two AAA batteries into the remote. Also, there is a clear plastic packaging tab that is attached to the outer leg of the non-battery leg of the robot. The tab should come out of the leg when removed from the box; however, it’s possible that a piece of the plastic remained in the slot on the leg. Please check the slot, which is located behind the front wheel. If you see clear plastic protruding from the slot, carefully remove it with tweezers, and turn the toy off and on again. This should clear the slot and make the toy function as it normally should.

The Rainforest™ Melodies & Lights Deluxe Gym™ has three different song modes: music, nature sounds, and baby-activated “rattle” mode. In the “rattle” mode, the music plays for approximately 8-10 seconds and stops. Your baby’s movements will activate the sounds again. If baby doesn’t seem to move enough yet to activate the music, we’d recommend using one of the other two modes.

Board Dudes® Dry Erase Markers are formulated and tested to work best with Board Dudes® products. Board Dudes® Dry Erase Markers have not been tested on other manufacturer’s products, which are made with different materials. Regrettably, we cannot say for certain how they'll work on boards made by any other manufacturers. We also recommend using Board Cleaner Wipes to remove the ink from the board. Sometimes when marker ink has been on the board for a long while, it can be difficult to remove.

Before playing with the Star Light Adventure Galaxy Barbie® Doll & Flying Cat, be sure to keep hair pulled back and out of your face to avoid it getting caught in propellers.
If you hair gets caught in the propellers, release the button immediately to turn the toy off. Take the propeller off to see if the hair can be slipped off the rotor or unwound more easily.
|
The dragonfly toy is supposed to bend or flop over to the side. It is not supposed to stand upright, as pictured on the packaging.
The dragonfly toy is actually made of a softer plastic and flops over to the side to make it easier for the baby to play with and reach!
A design change was made after the photos were taken for this product’s packaging which is why the picture shows it standing straight up in the air.
|
Make sure the game is fully updated to ensure the camera is working (you should see four active game options). Aim the camera at the stand. Place a booklet page under the camera and make sure it is aligned in the recess on the table. Make sure the coded area is not covered, marked on, or torn. The camera will see the code and then display a message on screen asking if you want to proceed to the new activity. Follow the instructions on the booklet page and on screen to complete the activity.
|
- Insert the test card. If the DVD skips to the test screen, press each letter A-I on the test card and wait for the corresponding letter to light up on the TV screen before pressing the next letter. If each of the letters successfully lights up, press each of the two arrow buttons and wait for the arrow button to light up on the TV screen before pressing the next arrow button.
- If all the buttons light up, remove the test card. The footage should now display a screen with 3 activity cards on it (menu screen). If so, you have successfully programmed the controller.
- Insert an activity card you are now ready to play. See the "Playing with InteracTV" section of your manual.
- If all the buttons do not light up or you return to the menu screen when the card is removed (the controller is only partially functional), it is possible there is a different code which will give the controller full functionality. Try programming a different code using one of the two programming methods. See Programming the remote using Manufacturer’s codes section or Programming the unit using the manual search method section of your manual.
- If you have exhausted all the codes and none of them gives you full functionality, (changing a macro may help) see the "Using Macros" section of your manual.
|
If all codes in the instruction manual have been tried unsuccessfully or your brand of DVD player is not listed, it is possible that the code for your DVD player may still be in the controller. You may be able to find the code using the manual search method.
- Make sure the controller has good batteries and slide the 3 position memory switch on the back of the controller to the desired memory position.
- Insert the compilation DVD into the DVD player and turn on the DVD player and TV.
- Insert the programming card into the controller, the green light should blink twice.
- Point the controller at the DVD player and press the left arrow key.
- Continue to press the left arrow key at a 1 second interval. Be sure to watch to see if the power to the DVD player turns off.
- If the power to the DVD player turns off stop and remove the programming card. Turn the DVD player back on. Play the disk and allow the DVD footage to play through until it gets to the screen, which shows the 5 different activity cards.
- Insert the test card into the controller, the green light should blink twice.
- The DVD should skip to the test screen, if it does not remove the test card and re-insert the programming card and continue from step 5.
This process may take a while. If you press the left arrow button more than 300 times and the green light no longer blinks, it is possible that your DVD player's code is not supported by this version of the controller. Verify version and if new version includes more codes for their DVD player. If so, send a new controller. If no new codes have been added to their brand of DVD player, you will need to follow the service policy, return for voucher or refund.
If the test card skips to the footage, which resembles the test card then proceed with testing the controller. See Testing the unit section of your manual or quick set up instructions.
|
The following steps will allow you to program your InteracTV controller:
- Make sure the InteracTV controller has good batteries. Slide the 3 position memory switch, on the back of the controller, to the desired memory position. The controller is capable of being setup for up to 3 different DVD players in 3 different locations. The controller must be setup and tested individually for each of the 3 DVD players, but once that is done the controller will retain the manufacturer's code and does not need to be setup again. If the consumer accidentally enters a new valid 4-digit manufacturer’s code, then they must set it up again for that DVD player. It is a good idea to write the 4-digit manufacturer’s code in the labeling area provided on the back of the controller.
- Insert the compilation DVD into the DVD player and turn on the DVD player and TV.
- Insert the programming card into the controller; the green light should blink twice.
- Locate the manufacturer’s codes in the user’s manual.
- Enter the first 4 digit code listed under the manufacturer. Use the right arrow button for the number. The light should blink after each button press and blink a long blink after the 4th digit is entered.
- Remove the programming card. The light should double blink when the card is removed
- Insert the test card into the unit;the green light should double blink.
- The DVD should skip to the test screen, if it does not, repeat from step 3, choosing the next manufacturer’s code on the list. If the test card skips to the footage, which resembles the test card, then proceed with testing the unit.See Testing the unit section of you manual or quick setup instructions.
- If you have tried all of the manufacturer's codes listed and you cannot locate an acceptable code, see programming the unit using manual search in your user's manual.
